Primary strategic goals for the school's development

Revision of the School Education Program in accordance with the Framework Education Program for Basic Art Education
Respecting the long-term plan for education and development of the education system in the Moravian-Silesian Region
Creating, developing, and strengthening good relations with the public, the founder, partners, elementary schools, kindergartens, the municipal office in Město Albrechtice, and municipal offices in municipalities within the school's entire area of operation
Be an equal and respected partner in the education system within the region
Expand the range of education on offer with additional study programs
Have a fully qualified, continuously educated team of teaching staff
Build the school's good name and image
Take care of entrusted property in the role of a good steward
Create a safe, friendly, positive, and creative environment for students and teachers
aim for balanced management
Teamwork in the creation and fulfillment of strategic goals for the school's development and its vision
Implement the project to build a multifunctional concert hall, which will also include an art studio and a percussion classroom

Actively seek sources of extra-budgetary funding (subsidy programs from EU funds, grant projects, cross-border cooperation)
Acquire a foreign partner
Develop cooperation with existing partner schools of the same type
Get involved in cultural events and awareness in the town and the entire region - be the bearer and guarantor of cultural life in the region
Offer knowledge, education, and creative diversity to senior citizens within the "Academy for Seniors" through SRPZUŠ and in cooperation with the town of Město Albrechtice
Actively involve parents of pupils in the events and activities of the ZUŠ with the help of SRPZUŠ
Improve the quality of teaching in line with the professional training of teaching staff
Support teaching staff within the framework of DVPP
Improve the quality of teaching depending on technical equipment and its development
Develop PR management
